Shakti Kriya Yoga
Yogic teaching embraces the aspect of the Goddess in the devotee. It is through the understanding of the male/female principles within all souls that the balance and union with the Absolute Reality unfolds as self realisation and enlightenment. Here in this physical octave of creation, in the womb of Divine Mother, the soul rises as the Kundalini Shakti (serpent power) in the spine and unites with the Godhead; Spirit as Shiva. Shakti is the female principle and Shiva is the male principle of the yin/yang balance of the cosmos. This is why the Yogi, male or female, becomes one with the female aspect in order to unite with the Divine Father through the Divine Mother. The Goddess Star can be seen in the sixth of the seven chakras known as the Ajna chakra. It is the door whereby the Yogi soul travels.
The Ajna chakra; also called the third eye; is located on the forehead between the eyebrows. The Ajna chakra energy here is colored violet. It is responsible for the mind, foresight, self awareness and intuition. The violet chakra energy can bring inner peace, visions and develop the imagination. The third eye chakra energy rules over the brain, central nervous system, pineal and pituitary glands. The chakra color violet can help meditation, thinking, uplift low spirits and develop spiritual awareness. The common mineral for the chakra color violet is lapis and fluorite.
People who have a past life in Atlantis are usually born with clairvoyant gifts and radiant eyes. The Cherokee blood line goes back to Atlantis days and even before that. Kriya Yoga is an ancient practice of these people and even before that era when Krishna was in embodiment; later known as Mahavatar Babaji. Kriya Yoga is a scientific practice of the sacred energy in the spine known as Kundalini. The energy is raised through all of the chakras to the crown and back down through all of the chakras to the base chakras in a perfect figure eight flow through the heart chakra. This is one round of Kriya; which is practiced 108 rounds in all in one sitting.
Kriya Yoga breathing is gentle and natural with the tongue placed on the top of the mouth to open the throat center. The eyes gaze up at the Ajna chakra. Akashic records open for past life readings to those who have developed their Ajna chakra; the third eye. Yoga teachings awaken this ability in the student and the thread of many lives starts to surface at the conscious level.
The Guru guides you through these experiences and helps you balance out the karma of those lives as they are revealed to you. When you start remembering your past lives, it means you are dealing with the karma of those lives. It is best to learn your past lives when you are able to deal with the karma of those experiences. Imbalances may occur before enough spiritual advancement has been made on the path to self realization.
